For fuel and oil pressure we recommend an isolator be mounted in the engine compartment.  This keeps the fuel and oil out of the drivers compartment.  The pressure is transfer from the isolator to the gauge using a combination of antifreeze and water. The 4mm tube, which will tolerate -79° to 400° F, is similar to the brake lines used on heavy duty trucks and busses.  It can be extended in excess of 100 ft. for marine applications.  Connections are made utilizing push in fittings that utilize an “O” ring seal.  This connection must be lubricated with the supplied lubricant to assure a proper seal.                       DIMENSION DETAILS                             An Isolator for remote installation for a single and dual pressure gauges is necessary for fuel and oil for entering the cabin area.               PRESS.
